The BETZ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

The BETZ Pork Dry Rub Seasoning

YES, you read that right. Our pork dry rub seasoning is also really tasty on chicken (more bang for your buck!)​

3 lbs chicken wings

NOTE: We use traditional (bone-in) wings, but feel free to use boneless if messy hands aren't your cup of tea.

Your favorite hot sauce (optional for our a spicy lovers)

Directions:

Sprinkle pork dry rub seasoning on wings.​​

NOTE: Coat heavily if you and your crowd love a lot of flavor.​

Heat grill to 400 degrees F.

Place wings on grill for 3-5 minutes then flip.
-
After 3-5 more minutes, flip wings again.

If you're using hot sauce, dip wings in hot sauce and place wings back on the grill. After these 3-5 minutes, dip in hot sauce one last time and cook for about 3-5 more minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperate of 165 degrees F).

Homemade Potato Chips

Using 1 potato per person, thinly slice potatoes and fry them in oil heated to 375 degrees F.​

NOTE: You can use a deep fryer or just a skillet on your stovetop. ​

Fry potatoes for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

We love to season these with seasoning salt and pepper OR greek seasoning for something different.
