The BETZ Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 3-5 minutes

Cook Time: 12-20 minutes

Total Time: 15-25 minutes - so quick and easy!

Ingredients:

  • The BETZ Pork Dry Rub Seasoning

    • YES, you read that right. Our pork dry rub seasoning is also really tasty on chicken (more bang for your buck!)​

  • 3 lbs chicken wings 

    • NOTE: We use traditional (bone-in) wings, but feel free to use boneless if messy hands aren't your cup of tea. 

  • Your favorite hot sauce (optional for our a spicy lovers)

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pork dry rub seasoning on wings.​​

    • NOTE: Coat heavily if you and your crowd love a lot of flavor.​

  2. Heat grill to 400 degrees F.

  3. Place wings on grill for 3-5 minutes then flip. 

  4. After 3-5 more minutes, flip wings again. 

  5. If you're using hot sauce, dip wings in hot sauce and place wings back on the grill. After these 3-5 minutes, dip in hot sauce one last time and cook for about 3-5 more minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperate of 165 degrees F).

  • Potato Chips, French Fries, Celery Sticks and Ranch Dressing

    • Keeping it nice and easy!​

  • Homemade Potato Chips

    • Using 1 potato per person, thinly slice potatoes and fry them in oil heated to 375 degrees F.​

      • NOTE: You can use a deep fryer or just a skillet on your stovetop. ​

    • Fry potatoes for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. 

    • We love to season these with seasoning salt and pepper OR greek seasoning for something different.
