Ingredients:
-
2 TBSP of The BETZ Fajita Seasoning
-
1 lb of sirloin (or a thin steak) - cut in strips
-
NOTE: You can also thinly slice chicken if you prefer chicken fajitas

1-2 Bell Peppers - sliced

We use orange and yellow - mostly to add color
-
-
1 onion - sliced
-
15 oz diced tomatoes

Directions:
-
Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours (or until veggies soften and steak is cooked to your liking (or chicken is fully cooked)
-
NOTE: Timing depends on your slow cooker. We all know they vary so much - We generally put ours on low and let it cook for 3 hours - so be sure to keep an eye on it.

-
When finished cooking, add to tortilla (using a slotted spoon) and top with sour cream and salsa.
