Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
-
The BETZ Pork Dry Rub Seasoning
-
2 lb Pork Loin (about 1/2 pound per serving)

Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
-
Sprinkle pork dry rub seasoning on loin and rub in.
-
NOTE: Coat heavily for added flavor.
-
This is the added benefit of having the seasoning in the bottle - you can adjust the amount of seasoning you use to be exactly what you and your family will love.
-
-
-
Place loin in a casserole dish then in the oven for about 25 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil.
-
NOTE: This helps to keep the loin juicy and tender.
-
-
Return to the oven for about 15 more minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F.
-
Slice pork loin and serve.

NOTE: The oven is the easiest and most convenient way for us to prepare this meal, especially when those frigid temps sneak in. However, we've also experimented with using the grill for this one, and we've absolutely loved it this way too. A charcoal grill, in particular, can really give it a whole new flavor if you're looking to switch it up. Which do you prefer? We would love to hear your thoughts!
